3D-Printed Replacement Gas Pedal / Toe Ramp
This 3D-printed replacement pedal/toe ramp is designed to bring your setup back to life when your original part breaks. Type C Large is compatible with:
- Cartel S/M
- Mission S/M
- Custom S/M
Made from TPU, it behaves like a single solid, isotropic part, built for flexibility, precision, and durability. Each piece is water-resistant, effective from –20 °C to +40 °C and UV stable.

I am extremely pleased with the work Juan David did on my bindings. This was clearly not a straightforward repair, and it required quite a bit of thought, experimentation and development to find the right solution.
What impressed me most was the amount of care he put into the project. He tested different approaches and materials and ultimately developed a custom 3D-printed mesh solution specifically for my bindings! The finished result looks excellent, feels very well made, and even includes my name, which was a very thoughtful personal touch.
The project took longer than initially expected, but knowing how much R&D, testing and craftsmanship went into it, I can fully understand why. Juan David clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to find solutions that work properly rather than simply taking the easiest route.
I am very grateful for the time, effort and attention he put into bringing my bindings back to life. A very positive experience, and I would happily recommend his work to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled and genuinely dedicated specialist.
