This 3d printed part replaces your original gas pedal / toe ramp that is broken. It is made out of 100% infill PETG in order for the whole part to behave as one solid isotropic part.
It has a protective coating against water with a temperature range of -20°C to 10°C. The idea behind this coating is to protect the part against water seeping in between the layers and cracking the part avoiding mechanical failure.
Before you order please check if it’s going to fit first. You can download the drawing and print it scale 1:1. After making sure that it is indeed the correct scale, you can do this by actually measuring the drawing, the measurement should correspond with the given dimension, you cut it out and place it in your binding like in the image below.

After checking the fit you can order it. I will always ask you if you checked the fit. So if for some reason it doesn’t it is your own responsibility.

Another life for my Burton Mission. Glad to foster circular economy, good for me and the planet. Delivered very rapidly and easy to mount, will test on the slopes next week.
The pad itself is a great fit for the Burton original. Flexible enough to adjust, but tight enough to stay in place.
I've just used it for a week in France in temperatures from -10°C to +5 °C and there were no issues at all.
Only reason for 4 stars is that the foam pad on top of the toe ramp came off after 1.5 days of use. This did not stop me using the ramp or affect the rest of my week, so it isn't critical, but would expect it to last longer.
I have mentioned this to the team and they've come back with helpful feedback straightaway and they're already looking at improvements to the design.
